Breath is the most practical and simple tool we have in our body to bring down stress or give us energy when we are feeling low. It's free and as long as you keep breathing, you will always have access to it, so learning how to use it well is a lifetime treasure.
With breath we are able to help our body heal and recover from pushing our bodies all the time.

Sleeping is one of the basic needs for all human beings and if we can't sleep, then everything else in the body stops working, you gain weight, you feel tired all the time and even loose interest in the things you like to do.
